The information in our A-Z has come from two year's research into what crystals are doing NOW! 

Many of the older books are correct for 15-30 years ago, but given the amount of electro-magnetic energy in our atmosphere (think mobile phones & satellites!), crystals are absorbing that energy and their frequencies are changing. If we state a crystal is good for mediumship, its because we've asked accurate mediums to work with it and have analysed results - the same goes for the majority of physical & emotional issues.  However, we would always advise trusting your own instincts as each of us is different.

Many books state strange rituals for crystals and give the impression that the crystal will not work if the advice isn't followed. This is a huge myth - the truth is, if you shine sunlight through quartz, it converts that sunlight to energy. 

Therefore, all you need to do is place your crystal in direct, natural sunlight for a few hours and it will be cleansed of any negativity and charged up  (this is a chemical, scientific fact).  Some like to place them in moonlight, bury them in earth, place them in the sea or running water etc. - your rituals are personal to you. 

We can only state that on a scientific level, crystals need to be placed in sunlight to vibrate. 

Some of the crystals in the A-Z are highlighted in pink. These crystals are considered 'Power Crystals', which means they are working very deeply and affectively on many levels. The vibration of crystals is affected by many different things, such as solar flare, planetary movements, tectonic or volcanic activity to name but a few. The Power Crystals will change regularly as our planet goes through its natural vibrational flux and change.
